Cascade Credit Consulting, Inc. was established in 1996 by a telephone collector determined to run a successful collection agency without the big business politics as usual. Judy Hayes came from a large national company and she understood how the most important part of the collection process was being overlooked by larger agencies; customer service.
Telephone collectors are the most important part of any successful agency and Hayes was determined to start her own agency with good collectors who offered exceptional customer service in mind rather than the big, oversized agencies with only their bottom line in mind. Knowing that bigger is not necessarily better, Hayes created Cascade Credit Consulting with the idea that not only could her agency help business professionals recover their accounts receivables but it could also help consumers understand and find ways to pay their bills. The idea of combining collections with debt consulting was born and that’s what we are still doing today. We create bridges between past due customers and the business professionals they owe money to and rather than burning those bridges with overly aggressive collection tactics, we build them up and return a good paying customer back to our clients.
In October 1999 Hayes sold the business to two previous coworkers she worked with at Equifax, Roseanne Howdyshell and Sheri Rodgers. Howdyshell and Rodgers made it their top priority to continue with excellent customer service followed by extensive training for all employees. Cascade Credit Consulting implemented strict, specialized training procedures in place with certification required of all telephone collectors and this strict training continues to today.
In 2004, Rodgers became the sole owner of Cascade Credit Consulting, Inc. and continues to serve as President. Having helped the business become a reputable and respected agency in Central Oregon and within the entire state of Oregon, Rodgers has a reputation for being honest, fair and hard working. She works tirelessly to constantly improve Cascade Credit Consulting in becoming one of the top agencies in the state of Oregon. Rodgers has over 25 years experience in the collection industry.
Our number one mission is to be a professional debt collection firm with the sole intention of being a full-service collection agency for medical, retail, commercial, utility and municipal/government professionals. Incorporated in our range of services are accounts receivable, management consulting, pre-collection services, initial demand notices, and payment monitoring and collection litigation.
We have 30+ years of combined experience collecting bad debt. Our customer service oriented team has been carefully selected for proper attitudes and temperaments and are highly trained professionals.
