Client Access Web (CAW) is CCCI's secure, online client web portal. This portal is a great tool for our clients, as it helps keep you informed and up to date on what's happening with your accounts 24/7. The best part, there are no additional fees or hidden charges to use this service.
CAW is updated twice daily, so the information our clients see is accurate and up-to-date. Using CAW, our clients our able to view their consumers profiles, which includes current address, phone number, date of last payment, account balance and notes regarding what collection efforts have been made to date. Clients can also report payments, make adjustments to account balance, and stay in contact with the staff at Cascade Credit.
Clients can easily place an account for placement on CAW as well. Clients can manually submit accounts by filing out our assignment form online or download accounts to our office as well. Our system can readily conform to your spreadsheet format, making it quick and easy to assign accounts to collections.
Creating your own reports has never been easier. Clients can customize, view, print and download a variety of helpful, usable reports for their business.
