About the Role
We are seeking a solution-oriented professional who can navigate financial conflicts with empathy and secure efficient payment resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with consumers over the phone to negotiate fair debt resolutions, helping them bring their accounts current.
- Conduct basic skip tracing to locate and verify consumer contact info, including addresses, phone numbers, and employment.
- Maintain exceptional professionalism and compliance throughout every interaction.

- Tech-Savvy Multi-taskers: Comfortable switching between different software platforms efficiently.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bonus Points: Knowledge of FDCPA guidelines or English/Spanish bilingual skills.
Compliance & Hours: Collectors must pass a semi-annual compliance exam to maintain our industry-leading standards. This position transitions to full-time after initial training.
